Beach Access: San Juan Beach Access- 3-Minute Golf Cart or Bike Ride

Guest Access:  Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:  We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Location

Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!

Parking

• Parking for 4 Vehicles + Golf Cart.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules

• No smoking

• No Pets

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

• Credit Card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.

• Guest does not have access to the garage.
