Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled by Guest with notice to Kismet Properties with the following guidelines: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival. We highly encourage you to purchase a Cancel for Any Reason travel policy. Ask us for details.

Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.
The primary guest must sign a liability waiver and rental agreement with the 3rd party golf cart vendor (No Additional Cost).
